The term Yoga which means Union is derived form Sanskrit and is your doorway to a balanced physical, mental and spiritual well being and it is not merely meditation. Yoga is getting famous nowadays and is being practiced by both the young as well as the old people as it is good for people of all ages. The practice of Yoga is growing fast and becoming popular as it is not what is done to you but it is what you do. During pregnancy this is one of the best activities you can do safely. You build flexibility and endurance and it is gentle on the body.
